About Executive Mentoring
Being a successful executive in business today requires a complex set of skills. In addition to traditional core competencies, an integrated web of communications, team building and human resources skills are necessary to succeed. Too often the area where we are weakest derails even the strongest performer.
Sometimes the issue is simply developing specific skills to compensate for a changing business landscape or a requirement for a new position.
The second, more difficult part, is overcoming our own, personal blocks to doing what we know how to do. The issues are different for each of us, which is what makes self-help so difficult.
